With this new set of features that add on top of the existing collaboration capabilities, seating invitees will be easier than ever while keeping all the sensitive information safe-guarded.

✅ New collaboration capabilities

Event owners are now able to:
 

• Invite other departments to collaborate on the seating process
• Allocate seats/sections/tables to specific departments and/or categories
• Assign event specific colors to deparments and categories to make the seating flow super easy
• Freeze seating (to avoid last minute changes)
• Hide allocation between departments

Event collaborators are now be able to:

• Add invitees from their contacts database.
• Visualize RSVP status of any seated invitee.
• Seat their invitees (on their department allocated seats)
• Send their invitees customized email communications
