✨ What's new?

To further enhance user experience and give our customers more control and precision in their reporting workflows, we’ve introduced voice filtering options in both Insights and Discover.

These updates allow teams to build more granular, focused reports—minimizing the need for post-export adjustments and enabling faster access to the insights that matter most.

🎯 New Filters

Voice Type Filter
Already available in Insights reporting, this filter is now supported in Discover reports as well. It enables selection from a list of predefined voice types such as Media, Influencers, Celebrities, etc.

Voice Type & Name filter in Discover, it allows you to exclude voice names too

Voice Name Filter
Now available in both Discover and Insights reports, this filter allows users to select a specific voice name (e.g., Harper’s Bazaar, Ariana Grande, Vanity Fair - US etc) for targeted analysis.

🔍 Why This Matters

Previously, users needing to report on a specific voice across multiple media channels (Print, Online, Social) had to:

  • Export multiple excels or full data sets
  • Manually filter in Excel to isolate the desired voice

With the Voice Name filter, users can now:

Directly filter for a single voice when building a report
✅ Compare media channel performance without generating or editing multiple reports
✅ Ensure a consistent filtering experience across Discover and Insights

💡 Example Use Case

A user wants to analyze coverage from Vogue Magazine across Online, Social, and Print channels.

With the new filter, they can select “Vogue Magazine” directly within the report builder, add channel type as a group and instantly view relevant data!
