Inventory report 
 

This report provides you with a real-time, detailed, overview of your Sample inventory. Inventory Report is ideal for when you are searching for available Samples to use in upcoming Send-Outs, Reservations, or Requests. 
 

• Search for your Samples using the drop down fields provided in your Search Wizard
  • Remember if you cannot find the field you want to Search by, you can click on “Search Layout Preferences” on the bottom left of your search wizard to add additional fields. 
     
• Select the “Availability Status drop-down menu” to switch between Available Samples and Samples that are on loan. (Marked on Loan & Not Marked on Loan).
   
• This will show you an up to date list on the Samples that are, or are not in your inventory depending on your search. 
  
   

• Within this report you can Export the information you need in PDF or Excel format, along with being able to send your result via email. You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking the export options at the bottom of the page. 
   
• You an also customise your report by clicking “Create Template” and adding or removing the information required. 
  • Remember to name and save your template, ready to use for next time!
