✅ Bulk search on custom scannable fields
Speed up your sample operations by pasting a whole batch of custom code and get all your samples back in a single search, turning dozens of lookups into one!
You can now paste multiple values into any activated scannable field (custom barcode, external serial, external RFID, external SKU) and search them all at once, the same way the standard barcode field already worked.
Click the Advanced Search button next to the field, paste your list, and the search returns any sample matching one of them.
Available on: Search on Loan Samples, EOL Manager, Style Requests List, Search (default + Recently Returned), Item Audits Manager.
Only appears on scannable fields that don't use the "containment look" feature.
✅ Filter sendouts and deliveries by Sender
Stay on top of your delivery activities by instantly narrowing a long sendout list to a single person's activity, instead of scrolling or exporting to find who sent what.
- In the Send Out Manager, add Sender to your search via the Search Layout Preferences gear, then filter by one or more senders.
- In the Delivery History Report, Sender is now a permanent filter under Collection.
✅ Filter on-loan samples by Manufacturer
Pull every on-loan sample from a given manufacturer in one step, useful for recalls, audits or supplier-specific follow-ups that used to mean manual filtering.
In Return Samples → Search on Loan Samples, add Manufacturer via Search Layout Preferences.
