Suggested Placements are simply placements that the system suggests based on information that you provide in your Send Out, the Opportunity Details.
We display up to 5 placements, matching at least the Target Voice or Publication, sorted by their relevance to the keywords extracted from the send out opportunity details.
- The keywords used are the Model/Celeb, Photographer’s last name, Editor’s last name, and hashtag mentioned in the opportunity details.
- If Estimated Publication Date is used, it replaces the current time frame used for search (by default expected return date) +/- 1 month.
- Click to view the placement image to verify if your sample was included in the coverage.

Confirmed placements will be linked to the selected send out, rejected ones will be excluded from later suggestions within this send out

The suggested placements will not show if:
- You don’t have Discover
- The send out status is Pending, Reserved or Cancelled (it must be OPEN or CLOSED)
- The opportunity details are missing a Target Voice or a Publication
- No samples are marked as returned
⚠️ Warning
Only users with Discover access (tagging capability) can confirm or reject placements.
Pro Tip
Be sure to fill in Editorial Details as much as you can to help inform the system where to look for your placement.
The publication, the photographer, the stylist, the model, or the celebrity help the system to help identify the right placement.
