✅ Set Default return time at the department level

Often times department have their own workflows, especially across regions. Now, each department can  set their own default Ship/Reservation Time and Return Time.


How does it work?

Default Reservation Time

When Creating a Send Out, you can now change the Default Reservation Time for any department that you have access to by clicking the clock icon next to Reservation Date. This is the default time of day that a Reservation or Request will begin.

You will only see this setting if you have Send Out Type Reservation selected because for any other Send Out Type, the start time is set to the time you complete the Send Out workflow.


Default Ship Time

The Default Reservation Time is the same setting as the Default Ship time when creating a Request. This just refers to the time of the day that the Send Out should start.


Default Return Time

The Default Return Time can define the default length of time for a Send Out (in Days/Weeks/Months) and the default time of day that it should be returned. This can be configured via the Create Request or Send Out screen.
