Creating a Single Contact
- To create a single Contact, navigate to "Contacts" and select the "Contacts Manager" tab.
- Click "Create Contact"
- A new window will open with multiple fields for you to fill in to begin creating your contact
Please note your fields may differ from the screenshot as this was taken from our internal tenant.
- We recommend filling in as much information as possible to ensure you can easily differentiate your contacts, and so they are easily searchable!
- The required fields are marked with a red asterisks(*). These fields must be filled in, in order to proceed with creating your contact

You may have some "locked" fields, a locked field means you have to "pre-create" data, before being able to use it. In this case if the data set you are looking for is not available, you have the option to select the "pen icon" (as shown below).
