Swifty is our Launchmetrics Support Bot designed to assist our users with inquiries related to our products and services. When asking Swifty a question, it's important to mention the specific product you are inquiring about, as our terminology can be used across multiple products. For example, you might say, “I am having trouble uploading images to my Samples, can you help?”
Where can I find the Swifty Support Bot?
You can find the Swify support bot on the bottom right hand corner of the Launchmetrics knowledge centre, helpjuice, and on any of our product pages such as Samples, Discover, Event, Contacts etc. Look out for the dark green icon

How should I ask my questions to Swifty?
When asking Swifty a question it's important to mention the product are you inquiring about as Launchmetrics terminology can be used for multiple products.
For example: “I am having trouble uploading Images to my Samples, can you help”?
If the Launchmetrics Support Bot is giving incorrect information what can I do?
