🗓 released December 18th
✅ Audit multiple locations
You can now run an audit across multiple locations simultaneously, designed specifically to speed up audits in environments where locations are highly granular (e.g., rack, box, bin, shelf).
Instead of creating and managing multiple audits for each physical location, you can select all relevant locations upfront and complete the audit in one pass.
Locations remain clearly visible across web and mobile, even when long or numerous, so you keep full context while scanning. This significantly reduces audit setup time, avoids duplication, and makes large-scale warehouse audits faster and more operationally efficient.

✅ Native Excel exports
You can now export data from Samples Manager, Send Out Manager, and End-of-Life Manager as true, native Excel files that open cleanly and can be edited immediately.
This removes Excel security warnings, preserves proper date and number formats, and ensures the data you export behaves exactly as expected once downloaded.
The result is a faster, more reliable handoff to operational workflows, whether you’re reconciling inventory, adjusting send-outs, or managing end-of-life decisions, without friction, rework, or loss of trust in exported data.
📅 Date fields
- Single-value date columns (e.g. Date Created, Ship Date, EOL Date) are exported as native Excel date/datetime values
- You can sort, filter, and apply formulas normally.
- Date ranges or stacked date values (e.g. Shoot Date: 16–17 Aug) are exported as text
- This is intentional, as Excel does not support date intervals in a single cell.
- Language consistency: all date formats are enforced in English, regardless of the user’s app language, to avoid mixed-language Excel behavior.
💰 Price fields
- Valid prices are exported as text values, usable in Excel calculations.
- If a price is invalid or partially invalid, the value is exported as text, alongside the warning message explaining why it wasn’t included in totals.
- No hidden conversions or silent rounding are applied.
📎 Attachments & images
- Attachments and images are exported as non-clickable links, not embedded files.
- Links point back to the platform so you can open or download the asset directly.
- This keeps the Excel file lightweight and avoids broken embeds.
🔤 Text & formatting
- No HTML or HTML-encoded characters are included.
- Example:
&stays&, not&
- Example:
- Exported values match what you see in the UI.
