✨ New! Choose how many labels to print

You can now set a Print Quantity directly in Sample Manager, so printing multiple label copies per sample takes one selection!

  1. Print Quantity dropdown in the Sample Manager results toolbar (left of Queue Options), shown when the Inventory Status filter is set to Inventory.
  2. Single print ("Print Barcode Labels" from the options menu) prints your selected quantity for that sample.
  3. Bulk print ("Print Barcode Labels" via Queue Options) prints quantity × number of queued samples.
  4. Remembered selection: your last chosen quantity persists across Sample Manager, Verify Import, and Verify Order. Default is 1 copy.

✅ Scan to Inventory (formerly Scan to Verify)

You can now scan samples directly against your Master List to create inventory on the spot, without pre-loading expected quantities into Imported first. Same flow on web and mobile, continuous scanning, one-tap undo.

🎯 Why This Matters

Until now, receiving teams had to pre-load expected quantities into Imported before any scanning could happen. For unpredictable vendor shipments, this meant maintaining inflated Imported records to absorb variance, wasting database space and slowing performance, and manually copying samples from the Master List wasn't a practical option.

✅ What's New

  1. Scan source selector: a dropdown in the scanning section lets you choose Imported (existing behavior, unchanged) or Master List.
  2. Master List scanning: each scan of a SKU creates one received unit in live inventory with a unique LM barcode. Scan the same SKU as many times as you receive it, no errors or warnings. Labels still print automatically after each scan.
  3. One-tap undo: a bin icon appears on each row scanned in Master List mode during the session. Tap it to remove that unit from inventory without leaving the scanning flow.
  4. Mode persistence: your selected mode is saved and follows you across sessions and devices. If you lose Master List access, it falls back to Imported.
  5. Renamed throughout: "Scan to Verify" is now Scan to Inventory across web and mobile.

🔎 What This Enables

  • Run intake efficiently, whether or not vendor quantities were known ahead of time
  • No more inflated Imported records just to absorb shipment variance
  • Catch and undo mistakes in the moment, on the same screen
  • Identical experience on web and the mobile app
