Setting up your Barcode Scanner
Launchmetrics recommend 2 different scanners. We recommend the below scanners as they have been tested by us therefore we can confirm they work perfectly with our platform.
It's very important that when you unbox your scanner, you keep all of the documentation it comes with. When your purchase a scanner it's not as easy as “Plug & Play” there are steps that the vendor provides in their documentation to setup the Scanner.
If these documents are thrown away you'll most likely need to reach out to the vendor to request the codes to scan to setup your scanner.
In the event that you have accidentally thrown away the paper work, we have provided the Quick Start Guides below that may help. Please read the instructions carefully and scan the codes when prompted.

If you have managed to setup your Scanner but you're receiving strange/wrong codes when scanning barcodes, it may be that you need to convert the scanner from QWERTY to AZERTY (Switching to France / Belgium).
