Starting October 12, you'll be able to match your RSVP page to your brand: logo, font, colors, button shape, and the message guests see when they open the invitation. You'll also be able to set a date to close RSVPs and require an answer to a specific question.
What changes for events you've already created: only the layout. Existing RSVP pages will switch to the new, friendlier design automatically, and nothing else about them will change. You can start customizing them as soon as the release goes live.
Branding your RSVP Page
Open your events' Edit screen and go to RSVP Page under the Branding section. Customization applies to that event only, so set it up for each new event you create.

Logo
Upload your logo to and define it's size.

Font
Pick the font for your RSVP page from the dropdown. It lists the fonts in your Custom Web Font Manager — if the one you want isn't there, upload it in the Font Manager first.

Colors & Buttons
Set the font, background, button, and accent colors to match your branding. The system flags any combination that's hard to read.

Mandatory RSVP Question & Close RSVP by
Two new RSVP controls are available:
- Mandatory RSVP question — the invitee must answer the question before they can submit their RSVP.
- RSVP by — RSVPs close automatically after the date you set. The date is shown on the RSVP page so invitees know the deadline.

Good to know
- Customization is per event. Each event can have it's own unique branded RSVP page. (especially useful for tenants with multiple brands or agencies)
- Existing events keep their image. Events created before this release use the new layout and keep the RSVP image you already uploaded. They show default Launchmetrics styling until you customize them.
- Check the preview. Review the page before sending invitations (both desktop and mobile).
