For Italian shipments, it is important to display a “Reason” for the shipment. To avoid manual input of this information for each delivery, you can define shipment reasons in the Reason Manager (ex-Causale Manager)
The Reason Manager is only accessible if your Customer Success Manager added it to your Navigation links. Please reach out to them if you need to access it.
You can create shipment reasons for each delivery type. And one delivery type can have multiple reasons.
If added to the document template, when viewing a delivery document, the user will be able to select a Reason value from a dropdown.
